DryProof
WATER-RESISTANT FABRIC ENGINEERED FOR DAILY USE
GP DryProof is a custom-developed fabric by Garment Project. Built around a tightly woven cotton base, it’s treated with a dry wax coating and an additional water-repellent finish to enhance structure and increase protection. The result is a clean, matte surface with dependable water resistance, without synthetic membranes, keeping the fabric breathable and comfortable for long-term wear.
What DryProof is
DryProof is designed for the conditions you actually move through: shifting weather, daily friction, and repeated wear. The fabric is engineered to withstand moisture and impact while maintaining its shape and surface — delivering protection with a calm, structured look.
How it performs
Water resistance, without membranes
Treated for dependable protection while keeping the fabric breathable.
Structured hand and matte surface
Dry wax + water-repellent finish add body, stability, and a clean appearance.
Made for daily wear
Built to handle friction, movement, and changing environments.
Care and longevity
To maintain performance and extend the garment’s lifespan, follow care instructions carefully. Reproofing may be required over time to restore water resistance. DryProof is designed to age with character — changes in surface and texture are part of the fabric’s natural wear.
FAQ
Is DryProof fully waterproof?
DryProof is water-resistant for daily conditions. In heavy or prolonged rain, protection will vary with wear and time.
Will the fabric change with use?
Yes. DryProof develops natural character with wear. Surface variation is expected.
Do I need to reproof it?
Over time, reproofing may be needed to restore the water-repellent performance.
